Our Circuit Churches - Lerwick - The Adam Clark Memorial Church
Lerwick is the "mother church" and the base for our Circuit Superintendent. Named after Adam Clark, the overseer and provider of Methodism in Shetland, the present building dates from May 1872. To read a fuller history click the link below:
You are invited to participate in the warm fellowship every Sunday and at special events held in the church.
Lerwick (derived from the Old Norse meaning "muddy bay") is where our Circuit Superintendent, Rev Dr Andrew Fox, is based.

Regular worship in Lerwick is at 11am each Sunday with Holy Communion at least once a month
